Friday night our friends Adam and Andrea took us to the Neil Diamond concert. We had amazing seats by the stage, they are such fun friends to hang out with.We went out to a Mexican restaurant before hand which proved to be a bad move, I was so excited about the concert and our trip in the morning that I didn't feel so hot. It was just too much excitement for this housewife.
Neil was my very favorite as a little girl (before my Kenny Loggins days) another older man crush no doubt. We had such a great time, it's my second time seeing Neil and his voice was as sexy and raspy as ever!! Here's a few pics.

He has to be very careful dancing around the stage as to not break a hip or anything. I love that at his age he's still touring and packing a full house. As a little girl I also loved his movie Jazz Singer...I think I need to make a movie run.

ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you got a weekend away. Did you go to the Vikings game? You know my husband is a HUGE fan.....I know way more about about the Vikings than any girl should. Wasn't it great having Neil sing to you? What a great picture of you and your husband!
An NFL football game AND Neil? I am trying so hard not to covet thy neighbor. :) I am lovin' me some Neil and know all most all of his songs by heart. Sad but true! And you are a beautiful woman by the way.
