Literature: The Chosen (made list of vocab words), Bible (John 1), Doctrine and Covenants ch.1,watched Jane Eyre the movie. It wasn't nearly as good as the book, but it was fun because Kade wanted to watch it with me. :)
Gospel: Listened to a conference talk (Dieter F. Uchtdorf)It was great and I am inspired to make some changes in my life.

I gave the kids lots of play time this morning after we worked hard together on our chores. They learned how to sort and fold socks and helped w/ several other tasks. Jaxon was rather tired from his busy day yesterday. I purchased a KitchenAid mixer and a sewing machine today so it will be fun to teach the kids how to sew and make bread. I found several Magic Tree House books for Kade today at the Goodwill, he is so excited.
