Soph had her first trip to the hair salon...
she's hooked!
She loved the big red chairs.
The animal cape.
Gazed in the glorious mirrors admiring her cuteness.
Sat perfectly still; not so much as a peep,
other than whispering endless reminders
of a 'green' lollipop.

The other night I was busy cooking dinner.
I turned around and Little Miss Soph
had taken it upon herself to fold
a basket of dish towels.
Her folding puts the boys to shame.
The girls got skillz!
Daughters...
every mother needs one.
I'm glad she can sit still for haircuts because Wyatt screams bloody murder every time. Why can't it be cool for boys to have long hair so he doesn't have to go through the trauma every month or so? She is so cute!
ReplyDeleteshe is adorable!

ReplyDeleteI found your blog while blog hopping today. I have a 1 year old daughter and can't wait to make sweet memories with her like that.
ReplyDeleteBut I must say that you are awesome because not only do you like Arrested Development, but you quoted Lucille Bluth. My husband and I can't wait for the movie.

ReplyDeleteI agree on the folding skills of daughters! My 3-year-old daughter can fold better than my 13-year-old son!
